  • Proficient in troubleshooting Windows and macOS platforms, network protocols, Microsoft Office, common software, and AV control systems like Crestron preferred.
  • Minimum qualifications include at least 1 year of work experience in technical support or equivalent certifications; preferred certifications include CompTIA A+ and CTS.
  • Salary of $54,707 annually and classified as exempt; requires valid driver’s license, background screening, and fingerprinting.
  • Support ITS General Admin department serving faculty, staff, and students within the Academic Affairs Division.
