Job Description Provides first-level (Tier I) helpdesk support to college faculty, staff, and students who contact the Technology Services helpdesk. This technician is responsible for handling daily support requests at their assigned work location, as well as providing additional support to all other campus locations as needed. Responsible for maintaining the College’s computers and associated peripheral equipment by performing preventive maintenance and repairs to other electronic office and classroom equipment. This equipment includes network components, computers, servers, audio-visual, video conference equipment, telephones, printers, and other classroom electronics. Specialize in the physical installation and integration of server racks, A/V equipment (to include mounting), A/V furniture and cabinets, A/V cabling, physical networking links, and network equipment.
Compensation and Benefits The hiring range for this position is $53,237 – $71,870. Salary will be commensurate with competencies and experience.
