Responsibilities
As a High School Counselor with Catapult Learning, you will:
- Positively impact students’ educational, behavioral, social, and emotional well-being.
- Nurture student potential through personalized, small-group, and classroom counseling, focusing on academic, emotional, behavioral, or developmental needs.
- Empower parents and school staff by connecting them with community resources that align with students' unique needs.
- Ensure administrative excellence by completing accurate, efficient paperwork.
- Stay updated on field trends to enhance guidance and support for students.
- Foster trust and reliability by adhering to the Counseling Policy Manual, funding guidelines, and school procedures.

Qualifications
What we’ll need from you:
The positive, enthusiastic school counselor we seek possesses the following qualifications.
- PA K-12 or HS Certified School Counseling Certification
- Master’s degree in counseling or related field.
- Experience working with high school students desired.
