Support student transitions between majors and increase awareness of vocational, experiential, and co-curricular opportunities.
Teach sections of an Introduction to the University course as needed.
Assist students with academic policies, student data confidentiality, and campus resources.
Use Student Success Network to monitor student progress and provide timely interventions.
Maintain positive collaborations with faculty, staff, and student support networks called Flight Crews.
Require a bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering technology; master’s degree preferred.
Must have strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills; ability to maintain confidentiality.
Preferred experience with Starfish by EAB/Hobson, Banner, DegreeWorks, teaching, and student development best practices.
Commitment to working with diverse students and supporting Pell-eligible and underserved populations as part of the university mission.
