  • Experience supporting and working with college-aged students, including diverse populations, is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills necessary.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite; experience with Starfish by EAB, Banner, or DegreeWorks is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of student information and support students in academic difficulty.
