- Advise incoming and first-year University Honors Program (UHP) students, including orientation and academic planning.
- Plan and deliver honors student co-curricular programming such as workshops, community service, and events.
- Collaborate with Honors College staff, UHP Student Association, and UHP Student Ambassadors on programming and recruiting.
- Maintain accurate advising records, prepare budgets, and support recruiting events like New Student Orientation and Open House.
- Manage communication materials including the Honors College Weekly Email and annual Communique.
- Required to have a master's degree completed by July 1, 2026.
- Preferred experience includes 1-2 years advising or coaching college students and working with high-achieving students.
- Must demonstrate strong communication skills, ability to build relationships, and experience with co-curricular programming.
- Salary range is $55,000 per year.
- Position reports to the Associate Dean of the Honors College and works within Academic Affairs department.
