| Job Summary | The HR Business Partner Senior serves as a senior-level strategic advisor to the Executive Vice President for Finance & Administration area, providing strategic HR consultation and project support for complex workforce matters across research, clinical, education, and administrative missions. This role partners with senior leaders on people strategy, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, complex employee relations, HR governance, performance management consultation, HR program and process development, protocol development, and reorganization assistance.
