Support special projects and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and customer service.
Coordinate and monitor employee performance evaluations to ensure timely completion.
Maintain accurate, audit-ready employee records and position descriptions.
Requires high school diploma or equivalent plus three years of relevant experience; Associate or Bachelor's degree in HR preferred.
Experience desired in human resources, payroll, recruitment, data entry, and customer service.
Must have excellent communication, organizational skills, discretion, and ability to work independently.
Hourly pay range: $18.50 - $20.00; eligible to become a Notary Public upon employment.
