Highlights
Deliver customer service via phone, email, in-person, and ServiceNow-based HRNow system.
Respond to HR inquiries from employees, faculty, managers and escalate issues as needed.
Assist job applicants with hiring process basics including password resets and recruitment support.
Process I-9 forms, conduct background checks, and verify education credentials.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR services and communicate changes or updates.
Preferred experience using ServiceNow or similar call tracking software.
Required bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and experience.
Strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking skills, and ability to work inclusively with diverse groups.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and quick adaptability to new platforms.
Salary range $47,000 - $49,000 with a full-time, Monday-Friday schedule, and benefits including medical, retirement, and wellness programs.
