| Job Summary/Basic Function | Assist in the design and delivery of outreach services to inform prospective students about the educational opportunities in the Career and Technical Education programs in the College of Health Professions at Weber State University. Travel will be required to high schools, businesses, and industries primarily within Utah. The selected person will be in charge of the DCHP’s Dissection Program and supervise the Health Scholars associated with that program. Finally, this individual will be highly involved in planning and executing an annual Summer Camp. limited counseling of potential students through in-person interviews, phone calls and e-mails. Assist in the development of recruitment materials using various media and working closely with the various programs in the college to become knowledgeable about the career opportunities available through each program. Will require working with other departments in the University including Admissions, Public Relations, and University Communications. |
