Exercise independent judgment and proactively identify workforce needs and risks.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required.
At least one year of professional work experience along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong communication, organizational, time-management, and analytical skills needed.
Preferred: three years of HR experience in academic settings and familiarity with UNC HR systems (ConnectCarolina, PeopleAdmin, LawLogix, TIM).
Full-time permanent position with a hiring range of $65,000 - $75,000 annually.
