  • Required: Bachelor's degree and four years of relevant experience or equivalent combination.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience in higher education or healthcare HR, strong communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft 365, SalesForce, HRIS systems, and familiarity with employment laws and HR policies.
  • Preferred SHRM-CP certification or willingness to obtain within 12 months.
  • Compensation commensurate with education and experience.
