  • Experience with HRIS systems, data reporting tools, and knowledge of federal and state employment laws including FLSA, FMLA, and ADA.
  • Preferred knowledge of Appointment, Promotions, & Tenure processes; ConnectCarolina, CarolinaTalent, InfoPorte, and UNC TIM systems.
  • Salary range: $65,870 - $78,357 annually.
  • Full-time permanent position reporting to the HR Team Lead, includes backup duties within the HR service center.
