Provide HR support during staff absences and high-volume periods to ensure workflow continuity.
Required Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred experience includes PeopleSoft, UF personnel and payroll procedures, and HR functions related to student and temporary employees.
Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel and basic accounting principles.
Compensation up to $26.44 per hour.
Effective verbal and written communication skills required to coordinate with departments and university personnel.
