The role manages a team of three HR staff and oversees recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll, and policy development to ensure effective faculty and staff workforce administration.

Salary range: $74,000 - $80,000, commensurate with education and experience.
Provide strategic HR leadership aligning with College of Medicine's objectives and regulatory requirements.
Serve as a trusted advisor to departmental leadership on workforce policies and compliance.
