Advertised Job Summary  | Serving as the Human Resources Manager for University Libraries, reporting to the Assistant Dean, Director of Administrative Services, this position provides oversight in all aspects of University Libraries Human Resources activities and works closely with the Assistant Dean in this capacity. The incumbent is required to exercise independent judgment and has discretion in performance of duties.
Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience  | Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 3 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.
Required Certification, Licensure/Other Credentials  |
Preferred Qualifications  | Knowledge of State and USC Human Resources policies and procedures; Knowledge of general Human Resources standards and practices.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities  | Knowledge of modern office practices, procedures, and equipment.  Ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to effectively plan and organize work activities and prioritize task completion according to schedules and goals. Ability to communicate effectively.
