Duties may include: Customer Support Facilitating communication between program participants and project leadership Maintaining program calendars and schedules Operational and Administrative Support Serving as primary contact with program participants Other duties as assigned

Position Qualifications

Required Experience	One year of experience in a customer support role One year experience with data entry and a data management system Experience working on a team with shared goals Experience with organizational and problem-solving tasks Demonstrated ability to write clearly and precisely as demonstrated in applicant materials Using computer software and applications for word processing, developing spreadsheets, email and internet research
Required Education	High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Other	Ability to travel Ability to work non-standard hours as needed
Additional Preferred	EXPERIENCE More than one year of experience in a customer support role Knowledge of child care licensing procedures and/or federal and state rules and regulations for child care Experience with the RISE Application Working with child care professionals EDUCATION Associate’s degree in business administration or early childhood
