Job Summary  | The IDEA Bank Marketing & Program Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining the daily operations of the Troy University IDEA Bank while driving awareness of and engagement in its programs. This position is ideal for a proactive, creative thinker who is passionate about entrepreneurship, community outreach, and keeping innovative programs relevant for students.

Core responsibilities include marketing and communication, program execution and outreach, and strategic administrative support.  Specific duties are to: Design and implement marketing campaigns (social media, email, digital flyers, etc.) to promote IDEA Bank programs and events Develop and maintain engaging website and social media content that reflects current programs, highlights student success, and builds brand awareness Collaborate on media and PR efforts that amplify visibility across campus and the broader community, including production and promotion of the Idea Vault Podcast Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all communications and materials Coordinate logistics and provide hands-on support for all on-site events Serve as the first point of contact for IDEA Bank members, students, visitors, and community partners, delivering an engaging and professional experience while keeping a pulse on constituent experiences Maintain organized client and program records to support efficient follow-up, reporting and decision-making Open and close the facility each day, monitoring for maintenance, IT, and security needs to maintaining a professional and collaborative working environment Contribute to the design and development of new programs and partnerships Support student recruitment efforts through tabling, presentations, and digital outreach Highlight student and member success through diligent outreach and follow-up Assist the director with administrative tasks, presentation development and stakeholder communications 
The ideal candidate will be a well-organized and creative thinker with a customer-service focus. He/she should have strong skills in the following: writing, proofreading, researching, project management, organization, and intrapersonal skills. Education in a business field is required and a marketing and/or graphic design background or interest is preferred.

Work Hours  | Typical work hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., but will vary based on operational needs and events and may occasionally include evening and weekends.
