We're seeking a highly skilled individual to join our fantastic team which supports the growth and impact of our industry- leading Global Marketing Effectiveness program, spanning 16 markets and working across many areas of our business.
Core Responsibilities
We’re seeking a data-savvy professional with strong storytelling, excel and data
visualization skills, experience in paid media datasets, and MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling).
- Marketing Effectiveness Leadership: Lead relationships with key markets, working with Marketing Managers, Brand Directors, and external agencies (e.g., Publicis) to drive strategic goals.
- Data Interpretation and Insight Generation: Interpret marketing mix models (MMM) and media landscape data, translating complex information into simple, actionable insights for non-expert audiences.
- Bridge Building: Act as a key liaison, strengthening collaboration and communication between teams and representing the Marketing Effectiveness program.
- Presentation and Visualization: Develop clear, compelling presentations and data visualizations to communicate insights and drive business growth.
- Excel and Data Expertise: Leverage advanced Excel skills to lead, analyze, and build data sets, ensuring accurate input and actionable insights.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, applying marketing effectiveness methodologies to align collaborators.
- Adaptability and Problem Solving: Navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively across markets and stakeholders, and deliver insights from complex data sets to inform strategic decisions.
Do you have what it takes?
- Extensive experience in marketing performance and marketing effectiveness, with proven experience in modelling and/or analytics in media.
- Strong understanding of advanced analytics solutions, in particular econometrics/MMM.
- Knowledge of media landscape.
- Strong transformational leadership including rigorous prioritization and strong engagement capability in the matrix environment, being able to influence senior stakeholders.
- Proven track record of driving business change based on the delivering actionable insights from multiple data sources.

responsible for developing and implementing scalable ways to measure and analyze marketing activations and experiments that generate actionable, data-driven insights to inform the full value chain.
Additional details on this position
- This position will be based at 1001 Boylston St. in Boston, MA. Relocation will not be provided.

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $124,706.00 - $187,060.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
