In order to apply for this position, you must presently or previously have used Beanstack as an administrator at a public library that licenses Beanstack. You must also submit a cover letter to apply.

The Big Picture
As an Implementation and Library Success Manager, you will both work with a portfolio of library partners to help them build community engagement through Beanstack and guide new schools through the implementation process. This person will partner with public library administrators and K-12 school and district leaders to plan, coordinate, and deliver support that moves adoptions from onboarding to optimization. 

The ideal candidate has experience working as a public librarian in a role responsible for programming and community engagement. They have excellent organizational and communication skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and are adept at working in a fast-paced startup environment.

On a typical day you’ll be…
  • Conducting meetings via Zoom with clients in your portfolio. These include quarterly business reviews to consult with clients on how to grow engagement, kickoff sessions for new school partners, troubleshooting meetings, and training sessions.
  • Responding to inbound email communication and proactively reaching out to clients via email and phone to provide support and grow engagement. 
  • Tracking activity via HubSpot and other internal tools, like our Client Health System and rostering integrations. 
  • Collaborating with the team on growing engagement through training, communication, and new resources. 
  • Meeting with your team leader, your client success teammates, and occasionally the entire company.

Education, Experience, and Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Experience in public libraries or K-12 education required
  • Experience as a Beanstack client required 
  • Experience in a startup, EdTech, or SaaS company preferred
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in questioning, listening, and presenting
  • Experience analyzing and drawing insights from data
  • Highest level of professionalism and integrity
  • Availability to travel in assigned portfolio as needed

Salary and Benefits
  • Salary will range from $65,000 to $85,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience
  • Commission plan with an additional $15,000 in compensation when the team reaches our renewal goals
