Summary:
Age of Learning is seeking to add an Implementation Lead, to help us as we expand our global reach and increase the educational impact of our programs. As a leader on the Customer Success team this individual will oversee the initial post-sale onboarding process of our K-12 customers to ensure a successful product implementation and oversee post-launch technical needs to improve adoption and usage. We are seeking a passionate, highly detail-driven, self-motivated and collaborative individual who can navigate the technical and relationship-driven aspects of customer onboarding and support.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage key accounts with a focus on technical support and implementation
- Serve as the primary stakeholder for technical escalations, collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering and IT to deliver timely, effective solutions
- Develop, optimize, and implement playbooks and processes for post-launch implementation and technical support
- Drive initiatives to improve implementation metrics such as time-to-launch, time-to-value, and customer satisfaction
- Project manage the full customer journey, aligning people, processes, and systems for successful product delivery
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to align technical enhancements with evolving customer needs
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in customer implementation, customer success, or product management; ideally within EdTech or K–12 technology
- Proven experience collaborating with teams
- Skilled at collaborating with sales and product teams to drive successful implementation of Age of Learning solutions
- Proficient in CRM software, Excel, and data analysis tools
- Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and other educational technology platforms
- Expertise in rostering tools, including Clever and ClassLink
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to issue resolution
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
- Passionate about education and improving learning outcomes
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for customer meetings and industry events
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Total Compensation:
The estimated salary range for a new hire in this position is $120,000 USD to $140,000 USD. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
