This position is responsible for the planning, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the College’s server, network, virtualization, backup, and connectivity environments to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient technology services. Coordinates information security activities with the System Office, and leads the design and administration of enterprise technologies, including Active Directory, domain services, backup and recovery systems, surveillance platforms, certificates, and wide area network connectivity. The position ensures that technology infrastructure supports institutional goals, business continuity, cybersecurity requirements, and the evolving needs of students, faculty, and staff.
