Ecolab Pest Elimination is looking for an accomplished learning leader to drive the development and implementation of training programs for our latest innovations. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who is passionate about enabling field teams to deliver transformative customer solutions and attain measurable results. What You Will Do 
  • Lead Innovation Training: Convert stakeholder needs into a comprehensive training strategy, integrating metrics and KPIs to measure success. 
  • Develop and Implement Training Programs: Partner with subject matter experts to produce and deliver robust, sustainable, high-level training content for field service associates and managers. 
  • Performance Measurement: Develop and track performance metrics that validate the effectiveness of training strategies. 
  • Resource Creation & Optimization: Innovate and repurpose existing resources or create new ones to enhance training outcomes and efficiency. 
  • Prioritization & Organization: Organize and address competing priorities efficiently, ensuring timely execution of multiple initiatives. 
  • Content Creation: Design engaging, interactive, and impactful learning content. 

What We’re Looking For 
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and trends to inform training strategies and measure impact. 
  • Strategic Training Development: Experience in converting stakeholder needs into actionable training plans with clear metrics. 
  • Organizational Agility: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Innovative Mindset: Capacity to creatively repurpose resources and introduce new approaches for enhanced results.

  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstratable experience with eLearning authoring platforms, Project Management Tools, and team collaboration applications  
  • Instructional Design: Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design best practices. 

Position Details 
  • Hybrid role with 1-2 days per week in our Eagan, MN Training Center. 

Minimum Qualifications 
  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • 5+ years of learning and development experience 
  • Experience in both strategy development and implementation 

Preferred Qualifications 
  • eLearning design experience, technical development, and troubleshooting of web-based training modules 
  • Experience with SCORM and Articulate 360  
  • Workday Learning Administration knowledge 
  • MS Office Suite proficient 

Annual or Hourly Compensation RangeThe pay range for this position is $74,700.00 - $112,200.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
