Inside Sales Specialist (B2C)
BARBRI is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to drive enrollment and client engagement through proactive outreach and high-volume outbound calling. This role requires a results-driven professional with strong communication skills who can connect with prospective students and clients, guiding them through the enrollment process and offering tailored solutions. The Inside Sales Specialist will provide expert advice on Professional Development Courses, Continuing Education, job-skills training for the paralegal profession, and the legal industry. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, values strong team culture, and excels at building relationships that support both individual learners and institutional clients.
Primary Responsibilities:
- High outbound call volume to engage prospective students and clients, address inquiries, and drive enrollment.
- Conduct targeted follow-up via phone, email, and CRM system to nurture leads and strengthen relationships.
- Actively respond to inbound calls and inquiries, offering clear and supportive guidance.
- Assist prospective students and clients in navigating program offerings, enrollment requirements, and course selection.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects to ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
- Contribute to a positive team culture by supporting colleagues, sharing insights, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Adhere to enrollment policies, ensuring compliance with Professional Development Course guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in business or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of outbound call experience in inside sales, education sales, or e-learning sales.
- Strong ability to connect with a diverse student population and professional clients to communicate program benefits.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals while delivering exceptional service.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-call-volume environment while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
- FERPA-trained with knowledge of regulations related to student records and information systems.
