Join Our Team as our new Sales Lead (Athletics) – High-Earning, High-Impact Role

Are you a former college athlete or coach? Do you understand the recruiting and admissions process and want to help student-athletes reach the next level?

Crimson Athletics, part of Crimson Education, is looking for a driven, competitive Athletics Advisor to lead one-on-one consultations with families and student-athletes. This is a full-time, remote role with strong commission potential for someone who’s self-motivated, disciplined, and passionate about helping young people succeed in both sports and life.

In this client-facing role, you’ll use your athletic background, sales ability, and relationship-building skills to design custom Crimson programs that help student-athletes reach their academic and athletic goals. What are the main responsibilities for this role?

Lead Zoom consultations with families to assess their athletic and academic goals
Clearly explain Crimson’s services and how we can support their journey
Build trust-based relationships with student-athletes and parents by listening well and communicating with confidence

Close high-value sales and follow up consistently to hit monthly revenue targets
Work with the marketing team to convert warm leads and improve conversion rates
Maintain a strong sales pipeline through referrals, events, partnerships, and outreach
Stay up to date on NCAA rules, recruiting timelines, and college admissions trends

What we're looking for:
2–5 years of consultative sales experience (education or sports background a plus)
Former college athlete, coach, or someone with a deep understanding of recruiting
Thrives in high-performance environments and is motivated by mission and results
Excellent communicator who builds trust with both teens and parents
Organized and proactive — takes ownership of schedule and follows through
Consistently hits or exceeds sales targets through disciplined execution
Loves helping others make informed, life-changing decisions
