Job Summary
This position is grant funded.
It leverages data collection, analysis, and reporting tools to support the college’s mission and operations. This role provides 50% data analyst support for the Department of Labor grant and 50% data analyst support for the Title III grant.

Job Duties:
Prepare and analyze surveys, interviews, evaluations, and other instruments to collect participant feedback.

Produce and distribute reports to project partners and DoL, including summative feedback following Quarterly reports.

Integrate participant data into student tracking systems

Maintain records of meetings with partnership POCs and ensure timely data submissions to external evaluators per agreed milestones and formats.

Upload data reports to government portals in approved formats.

Employ data analysis of student learning outcomes and obstacles to create a tiered or triaged advising model.

Establish equity metrics for technical program courses, enrollment and completions.

Follow existing protocols and report formats to identify demographic groups on each career pathway/program.

Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in data science, social science, statistics, or related field, and two (2) years of related experience, or equivalent. 
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and four (4) years of related experience.
