Description

Job Description: We need this position so the team can deliver a large volume of varied learning materials on an ambitious timeline.

Daily Duties:

70-80% : Curating video content from enterprise library, creating learner or leader support guides, discussion questions, and communications or technical guides where necessary.

20-30%: Tasks like loading learners into courses, exporting or analyzing reports and rosters, drafting communications, and helping write procedures for HR support center

Project work includes building and revising learning content for different modalities (including some eLearning deliverables). May involve curating video content from enterprise library, creating learner or leader support guides, discussion questions, and communications or technical guides where necessary.

Also creating or revising materials for facilitators, adjusting to their speaking style or feedback. We would also like this individual to provide program support during our 2026 roll-out of programs to employees. Tasks like loading learners into courses, exporting or analyzing reports and rosters, drafting communications, and helping write procedures for HR support center are anticipated

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $33.00/hr.
