Position Overview
This Instructional Designer role supports the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs, courses, and modules that keep pace with evolving customer service processes. The position gathers and analyzes performance data to measure training effectiveness, monitors return on investment, and ensures all training materials remain compliant with organizational policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with developing and delivering training modules, courses, and programs, ensuring materials remain relevant to customer service processes.
  • Gather and analyze customer service performance data to measure the success of training programs, monitoring ROI and identifying opportunities to improve training effectiveness.
  • Review and maintain training materials to ensure ongoing compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Apply business needs analysis and current instructional design standards, including ADDIE models and adult learning principles, to create effective training courses.
Team Structure & Work Environment
  • Reports to the work director; works alongside a team of 13 members.
  • This is an onsite position located in Peoria, IL.
  • Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
  • Requires up to 10% domestic U.S. travel.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or Instructional Design.
  • Two years of relevant work experience required regardless of education level
  • An Instructional Design Certificate is acceptable with at least four years of relevant work experience.
