We are seeking a passionate Instructional Designer to join our Learning & Development team. What you’ll do:
- Create engaging eLearning modules, instructional content, and assessments for onboarding and systems training, using current instructional methodologies.
- Work with SMEs to ensure accurate, relevant, and aligned training materials with business goals.
- Oversee the integration and upkeep of content within our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring ease of access and organization.
- Conduct learner analysis to tailor content to various audiences.
- Continuously assess and improve materials based on learner feedback and organizational needs.
- Implement new instructional methods and media types, such as interactive assessments and simulations, to boost engagement and knowledge retention.
What we’re looking for:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years in instructional design, ideally in a SaaS environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in LMS administration and eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Captivate) with a strong understanding of eLearning standards.
- Instructional Knowledge: Deep knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design models like ADDIE, and best practices.
- Communication and Detail Orientation: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for accuracy and detail.
- Preferred Skills: Experience with multimedia production tools, such as video editing or graphic design software, is a plus.
