Position Overview 
The Instructional Designer for the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning will work with faculty across disciplines with their efforts to design, develop, and deliver high-quality courses and significant learning experiences across instructional modalities. These positions develop and lead faculty development workshops related to pedagogy. This position is collaborative, working closely with faculty and staff to support evolving programs and initiatives, course-level instructional excellence, and technology-enhanced teaching and learning.

Position Qualifications 
Required Experience  | One year’s experience in instructional design, online learning, course development, educational technology or closely related field
Required Education  | Master’s degree

Additional Preferred  | EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE: PhD and at least one year of experience working with faculty and staff in the design and development of college/university courses and programs (may be associated with degree earning program) Experience as an instructional designer/course builder in a college or university setting
