Job Summary:Updates course curriculum and materials under the supervision of instructional staff or faculty in support of instructional advancement.

Job Description:
  • Organizes and develops curricula, materials and programs to meet specific training needs.
  • Partners with subject matter experts to provide input for course content.
  • Works to ensure course materials are current and relevant.
  • Plans and coordinates skill assessments and trainings.
  • Edits, reviews, and updates existing materials based on curriculum changes.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain standardized Blackboard templates and course shells across online, hybrid, and in-person courses.
  • Partner with faculty to design courses (learning objectives, assessments, content, multimedia) and convert face-to-face courses to online and hybrid formats.
  • Set and enforce quality, accessibility (ADA / WCAG), and usability standards, and review existing courses against them.
  • Train and support faculty on course design, Blackboard, and instructional technology.
  • Evaluate instructional effectiveness and advise on learning-technology strategy and tool selection.
