The Role
We are seeking a skilled and creative Instructional Designer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and effective learning experiences for our diverse audience. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical aptitude, and a deep understanding of educational principles and methodologies.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and evaluate comprehensive curricula for various training programs and learning initiatives.
  • Create engaging and interactive instructional materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training guides, multimedia content, and assessments.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify learning objectives, audience characteristics, and content requirements.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and synthesize information, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of instructional content.
  • Utilize learning technologies and platforms to enhance the effectiveness and accessibility of instructional content.
  • Develop and implement assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of instructional programs and materials. 
  • Manage multiple instructional design projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or a related field. 
  • 2+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or a related role.
  • 1+ years with Articulate Rise / Storyline.  
  • Understanding of instructional design models and adult learning principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and proactively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct thorough needs assessments and evaluations.
  • Demonstrated creativity in designing engaging and innovative learning experiences.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Multilingual: Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
  • Experience in working with global/distributed teams.
  • Experience developing software training is a plus.
