When you join RadNet as an Instructional Designer, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

You Will:
  • Lead comprehensive learning and performance needs analyses with multi-departmental stakeholders, including HR, Compliance, and business leaders, to identify root causes, define measurable outcomes, and recommend appropriate learning or non-learning solutions. Design complete learning solutions across delivery modalities, including instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning, aligned to business and regulatory requirements.
  • Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to define learning objectives, content structure, and assessment strategies.
  • Develop all required learning assets, including storyboards, scripts, facilitator guides, participant materials, assessments, and job aids.
  • Build interactive eLearning modules using Articulate 360, with advanced proficiency in Storyline and Rise, including custom interactions, variables, branching scenarios, and learner-driven navigation. Develop and publish SCORM-compliant learning content, with working familiarity of xAPI concepts as a plus.
  • Ensure all learning materials meet WCAG 2.1 A–AA accessibility standards and apply ADA and Section 508 requirements.
  • Conduct quality assurance testing to confirm accuracy, usability, accessibility, and technical performance across platforms and devices.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to translate complex or technical content into clear, learner-centered experiences.
  • Develop train-the-trainer resources and support consistent delivery by facilitators, leaders, or HR partners.
  • Deliver or co-facilitate instructor-led or virtual training sessions as needed to support rollout and adoption.
  • Use Microsoft 365 tools to support content development, collaboration, reviews, and version control.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate drafting, design iteration, assessment creation, and content refinement, with appropriate validation and human oversight.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines within a defined intake, review, and approval process.
  • Incorporate stakeholder feedback while maintaining instructional integrity and compliance requirements.
  • Review learner feedback, completion data, and assessment results to inform updates and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and update learning assets based on performance data, regulatory changes, and evolving business needs.

To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning and Development, Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Three to five years of experience designing and developing adult learning solutions in a corporate, healthcare, or regulated environment.
  • Demonstrated experience designing complete learning solutions across delivery modalities, including instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning.
  • Hands-on experience building eLearning content using Articulate 360, including Rise and Storyline, or comparable authoring tools.
  • Experience developing and publishing SCORM-compliant learning content.
  • Working knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
  • Experience developing facilitator guides, participant materials, assessments, and job aids.
  • Experience supporting or delivering instructor-led or virtual training sessions, including train-the-trainer approaches.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects without decreasing product quality. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications for content development, collaboration, and version control.
  • Experience using AI tools to support instructional design and content development workflows, with appropriate judgment and quality control.
