Design & Innovation
  • Pioneer next-generation learning experiences rooted in adult learning principles and behavioral science using AI-powered personalization and immersive technologies
  • Architect comprehensive learning ecosystems that span digital, mobile, in-person, and hybrid delivery methods
  • Solve complex learning challenges by diagnosing performance gaps and designing creative solutions that drive real behavior change

Strategic Problem-Solving

Technical Proficiency

Your Background
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, Educational Technology, or related field required
  • Master's degree in Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, Educational Technology, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience designing learning solutions in corporate or healthcare environments
  • Proven problem-solving abilities with examples of turning complex challenges into effective learning solutions
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative thinking, creative problem-solving, and measurable impact on learner success
  • Genuine passion for helping others learn and grow, with evidence of going above and beyond to support learner success

Travel Expectations
  • Up to 20% - Primarily for stakeholder collaboration, user research, and conference participation

This role is fully remote and has an annually salary of $80,000-85,000 + additional income earned through bonus opportunity
