This role is hybrid 4 days onsite in Dallas, TX, Austin, TX, or Denver, CO. 

Are you a skilled Instructional Designer ready to make a significant impact by transforming complex information into engaging and effective learning experiences? In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in enabling employees to successfully adopt new processes, tools, and ways of working, directly contributing to our client’s operational excellence and strategic objectives. Partnering with Aquent Talent, you will join a team dedicated to fostering continuous learning and development.

**What You’ll Do:**
* Collaborate closely with change managers to identify and analyze change impacts and evolving learning needs.
* Design and develop a diverse range of training assets, including instructor-led materials, self-paced learning content, job aids, quick reference guides, and process walkthroughs.
* Support the execution of comprehensive training plans and learning timelines, ensuring alignment with key change milestones.
* Guarantee that all training content resonates with overarching change messaging and promotes desired behaviors.
* Actively participate in testing and refining training materials, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement.
* Assist with coordination efforts involving learning platforms or external delivery partners as needed.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* 2–4 years of experience in training development, instructional design, or learning support roles.
* Solid working knowledge of adult learning principles.
* Proven experience in creating structured training content and job aids.
* Basic understanding of change management concepts and their application in supporting successful adoption.
* Strong organizational and documentation skills.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
* Experience with e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) or Learning Management System (LMS) platforms.
* Exposure to technology, process, or operating model changes.
