SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
  • Designing and delivering a world-class, scalable learning ecosystem that excites and engages learners through innovative design, aesthetics, and user experience.
  • Managing the full lifecycle of content within the LMS to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with learning goals for both clients and internal teams.
  • Continuously enhancing programs based on data-driven evaluation and learner feedback to ensure Cardone Ventures training delivers measurable business impact.
 
OBJECTIVES
  • Manage and maintain all training content within the LMS (CEO/Hub) for both external clients and internal teams, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and a seamless user experience.
  • Design and develop all 10X Business Academy courses, as well as other Cardone Ventures training programs, from concept to delivery.
  • Define and document e-learning courses, workshops, and other trainings in collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • Create engaging instructional materials including courses, curriculum, student guides, training manuals, and digital resources.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through follow-up studies, data analysis, and learner feedback, continuously enhancing content to maximize ROI.
  • Develop and manage visual, audio, and interactive tools to support diverse learning modalities.
  • Ensure all content aligns with Cardone Ventures’ brand standards, cultural philosophies, and business objectives.
  • Stay current on trends in adult learning, digital education, and LMS technology to elevate the quality and scalability of training programs.
 
COMPETENCIES
  • Expertise in instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and curriculum development.
  • Strong proficiency in e-learning software (Articulate360, Captivate, or equivalent), with the ability to create interactive and engaging online courses.
  • Experienced in managing and optimizing LMS platforms, with a strong focus on user experience and content governance.
  • Skilled in evaluating training outcomes through data, metrics, and learner insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex subject matter into clear, accessible content.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining quality and innovation.
 
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Experience using Articulate360 or other instructional design software
  • 5-7 years experience as an Instructional Designer
