Your role in our mission
  • Lead the design and development of enterprise-wide training programs, including high-impact and complex initiatives.
  • Mentor and guide instructional designers, promoting collaboration and professional growth across the learning team.
  • Drive innovation through modern learning tools, video creation, and eLearning module development to enhance engagement.
  • Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) and key stakeholders to deliver scalable and results-driven learning experiences.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, alignment with business goals, and timely completion.

What we're looking for
  • 5–7 years of experience in instructional design, learning development, or related roles.
  • Expertise in advanced instructional design and eLearning software (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Rise).
  • Strong understanding of SCORM, xAPI, and LMS integration standards.
  • Proven ability to lead and execute large-scale or complex training initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and mentorship skills with a focus on innovation and quality.

  • Full-time, remote, salaried (W-2) position with a standard Monday–Friday, 40-hour workweek.

The pay range for this position is $64,500 - $92,200 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
