Job Description:
- Collaborates with Learning System team, and stakeholders to maintain and refine the Learning System Serves as liaison to Learning System stakeholders for service improvements and changes.
- Provides operational support, development, troubleshooting, and testing use-cases to leverage platform capabilities for customer needs.
- Facilitates Learning System Administrator training at various levels as determined by the corporate Learning Systems team.
- Maintains workflow system to triage incoming service requests.
- Responds to shared inbox and ServiceNow ticketing system for troubleshooting and customer support within service standards.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Working knowledge of principles of Learning Management Systems (LMS). [Required]• Ability to integrate the organizational educational needs into an LMS using industry and evidence-based best practices. [Required]• Effective computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, OneNote, Snagit, and Visio. [Required]• Demonstrated project management, collaboration, and customer relation skills. [Required]• Ability to work in a matrix-management environment to achieve organizational goals. [Required]• Effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts and ideas in understandable terms to all levels of internal staff (customers). [Required]• Ability to use tools provided to generate custom reports based on specified business requirements. [Required]• Solid leadership skills, initiative, and self-direction. [Required]• Knowledge of adult learning principles and education administration processes. [Preferred]• Basic understanding of HTML and SharePoint. [Preferred]• Familiarity with networking, IT, and computer hardware terminology. [Preferred]• Knowledge of Project Management practices and software (MS Project, or other PM tools). [Preferred]• Demonstrated LMS administration experience, preferably in Saba LMS environments. [Preferred]

• Bachelor’s [Required]• Master’s [Preferred]
Field of Study:
• in Instructional Technology, Education, Business or applicable discipline
Work Experience:
• 2+ experience in learning systems software or similar technology administration. [Required]• Demonstrated learning systems administration experience. [Preferred]• Experience with Lean Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. [Preferred]• Experience with Shared Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) conformant instructional objects. [Preferred]• Experience with Tin Can (xAPI), and cmi5 standards in learning systems. [Preferred]• Experience working in healthcare system instructional technology or learning environment. [Preferred]
