Clutch is looking for an experienced Instructional Designer for a client of ours.

Responsibilities:
  • Design & Develop Learning Solutions: Create engaging, high-quality instructional materials (e-learning, instructor-led training, webinars, and job aids) that support organizational goals and improve performance.
  • Needs Analysis: Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to identify learning gaps and define clear, measurable learning objectives.
  • Curriculum Mapping: Map out comprehensive learning journeys and curricula that ensure a logical flow of information and high knowledge retention.
  • Multimedia Integration: Develop interactive elements, including video scripts, quizzes, simulations, and graphics, to enhance the learner experience using modern authoring tools.
  • LMS Management: Upload, test, and maintain courseware within the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring SCORM/xAPI compliance and seamless user access.
  • Evaluation & Optimization: Define KPIs to measure training effectiveness (Kirkpatrick Model) and utilize feedback to iterate and improve existing learning programs.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and aligned with brand voice and quality standards.

Qualifications:
  • Professional Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in instructional design or educational technology, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Software Proficiency: Expert-level skills in E-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, or Adobe Captivate.
  • Creative Suite Skills: Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) for asset creation.
  • LMS Expertise: Proven experience working with various Learning Management Systems and troubleshooting technical integration issues.
  • Educational Foundations: Deep understanding of adult learning theories (Andragogy) and instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, or Backward Design).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on simplifying complex technical information for diverse audiences.
  • Portfolio Required: A strong portfolio showcasing previous e-learning samples, storyboards, and instructional materials.
