As Project Manager II, you will oversee all aspects of e-learning design. In this role, you will use a variety of instructional design techniques and software applications to create and develop web-based learning. You will manage client relationships and project work plans, collaborate with subject matter experts to write engaging and appropriate content, and consult with multimedia and programming specialists to identify graphic elements and interactive components. You will also use storyboards, templates, and other tools to produce high-quality professional courseware.
A caregiver in this role works remotely from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Candidates must reside in OH, FL or NV to be considered for this position.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
- Manage all aspects of small projects or phases of larger projects.
- Coordinate the activities of a project team under the direction of Project Manager III or IV.
- Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
- Prepare and complete action plans.
- Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
- Resolve problems.
- Completes audits and identify trends.
- Determine system improvements and implement changes.
- Meet financial objectives by participating in developing forecasting requirements.
- Participate in preparing an annual budget and scheduling expenditures.
- Analyze variances and initiate corrective actions.
- Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
- Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
- Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field and three years of experience coordinating or managing various projects
- OR High School Diploma/GED and seven years of experience
- OR Associate’s Degree and five years of experience
- OR Master’s Degree and two years of experience
- Effective relationship building skills
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
- Project Management Certification (PMP)
- Experience with eLearning design and development
- Experience with Articulate Storyline, Apply ID Theory, Learning Management Systems (LMS) and the ADDIE model
- Project Management and Visual design skills
- Experience editing videos
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
- Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
- Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
- Must have own transportation to travel to multiple sites.
Pay Range
Minimum Annual Salary: $52,270.00
Maximum Annual Salary: $79,727.50
