Instructional Designer Full Description

The Instructional Designer supports LaBella Associates’ Talent Development function by designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality learning and enablement solutions that strengthen employee capabilities and align with the firm’s strategic goals. Serving as a project lead, the role manages multiple complex learning initiatives using design thinking, and agile or waterfall methodologies, ADDIE/SAM, partnering with SMEs and cross-functional leaders to create performance-based training solutions. The Instructional Designer develops a range of enablement resources including eLearnings, videos, instructor-led programs, webinars, and job aids; ensuring all content reflects LaBella’s Core Values, accessibility standards, inclusion principles, and adult learning best practices. The position also evaluates training effectiveness through metrics and models such as Kirkpatrick, leveraging data to recommend improvements that drive individual and organizational performance.

Requirements

  • Instructional Design, Design Thinking, Project Management, assessment certifications (such as Kirkpatrick) preferred

Salary Range: $24.50 - $31.25 per hour
