Instructional Designer & Facilitator

The Instructional Designer & Facilitator will support Inspire Brands’ learning strategy by both designing and developing engaging learning programs and facilitating live and virtual learning experiences. This role is equally focused on creating high-quality instructional content (50%) and delivering impactful, learner-centered facilitation (50%). The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of creativity, collaboration, and execution—turning business needs into learning solutions and bringing them to life.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Learning Design & Development
- Partner with business and HR leaders to translate organizational needs into measurable learning objectives
- Design and develop instructor-led training (ILT), virtual ILT (vILT), and eLearning modules using best practices in adult learning theory and instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM)
- Create facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, and assessments to reinforce knowledge and skill application
- Build blended learning experiences that integrate digital content, practice opportunities, and coaching
Facilitation & Delivery
- Facilitate learning cohorts in both live and virtual environments with energy and learner-centered approaches
- Apply facilitation techniques that encourage participation, collaboration, and practical application
- Provide real-time feedback and adapt delivery style to meet diverse learner needs
- Represent Inspire Brands’ culture and values while creating an inclusive, engaging learning environment
Evaluation and Continuous Improvement
- Measure program effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and business metrics
- Continuously refine content and facilitation approaches based on evaluation data, industry best practices, and business priorities
- Stay current on instructional design trends, learning technologies, and QSR business needs
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred)
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION:
- Minimum :3–5 years of experience in instructional design and facilitation or corporate training.
- Proven expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design methodologies, and facilitation best practices.
- Experience with both live and virtual environments, including eLearning platforms (Articulate, Rise, Camtasia, or similar).
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage learners across all organizational levels.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder partnership skills.
- Passion for building a positive learning culture and supporting leadership and team member growth.
