As a lead instructional designer on the Commercial Lines Learning team, you'll prioritize designing, developing, and delivering high-impact learning solutions aligned with business goals and performance improvement initiatives. You'll partner with collaborators to assess learning requirements, create engaging and effective training content, and measure outcomes to ensure continuous improvement. Additionally, you'll serve as a mentor and coach to other instructional designers, supporting project execution and maintaining instructional quality and consistency across initiatives.

This is a remote position with occasional travel to Corporate Headquarters (300 North Commons Blvd., Mayfield Village, Ohio) roughly one to two times per year.

Must-have qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of six years instructional design/development, teaching/training delivery, web design experience or responsibilities that involve performance improvement initiatives
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of three years instructional design/development, teaching/training delivery, web design experience or responsibilities that involve performance improvement initiatives
Preferred skills
  • Proficiency in applying instructional design models such as ADDIE, SAM, or Backward Design to create effective learning experiences
  • Experience independently building engaging eLearning in Articulate Storyline and Rise
  • Experience creating learning solutions for multiple product lines with the proven ability to translate complex content into clear learning solutions
  • Ability to communicate clearly with partners, including sharing progress, surfacing risks, and providing recommendations
Compensation
  • $81,400 - $108,500/year 
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
