Instructional Systems Designer
Orlando, FL
$70,000 ‒ $75,000 Annually

Immediate need for an Instructional Designer with 5-10+ years’ experience developing training and/or instructional materials for the Navy, Marines, Coast Guard or other military disciplines related to shipboard and/or Aviation equipment or operations.

Must be proficient or experience/exposure to the following:
 Training Analysis and Design applications
  • •Job Duty Task Analysis (JDTA)
  • •Front-End Analysis (FEA)
  • •Training Project Plan (TPP)
  • •Training Course Control Document (TCCD)
  • •Course Training Task List (CTTL)
  • •Instructional Media Design Package/Lesson Design Strategy (IMDP/LDS)
  • Curriculum Development
  • •Instructor-Led Training (ILT)
  • –Lesson Plan(s) (LP)
  • –Trainee Guide(s) (TG)
  • –Instructor visual aid (example: PPT)
  • –Exam questions/Performance rubrics
  • •Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI)
  • –Software package
  • –Source files

Note:  Candidates with CPM/LOM is a major plus.
