This position will require you to be in Cleveland, OH 
We are in a hybrid schedule, 2 days on campus and 3 days WFH

The Integrated Marketing Specialist's responsibilities include coordinating and implementing support and lead multi‑channel marketing initiatives for OverDrive’s Education business across Emerging Markets. This role is ideal for a marketer with a few years of experience who’s ready to take on greater ownership, autonomy, and impact while working in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment. You will partner closely with Sales, Product, Content, and Creative teams to plan and execute integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and growth within K–12, academic, and professional education markets.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, content, paid media, and events.
  • Coordinate marketing assets, timelines, and deliverables across cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Own components or entire campaigns from concept through launch, reporting, and optimization.
  • Apply education market insights to help tailor messaging and tactics for different audiences and regions.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, translating data into insights and recommendations.
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while operating with increasing independence.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of marketing processes, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:
  • 2–6 years of experience in integrated, digital, or B2B marketing.
  • Experience executing multi‑channel campaigns with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Comfort working with data, reporting, and performance metrics.
  • Interest in (or experience with) education, public‑sector, or global/emerging markets is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
