Job Description
Essential Functions and Responsibilities: 
  • Partners with initiative leaders (business partners, project managers, business owners, etc.)  in the delivery of operational services, programs, and initiatives.
  • In partnership with leadership, define short- and long-term process improvement strategies that are scalable and drive continuous improvement.
  • Analyze current business operations, processes and systems and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitors key operational metrics, analyze data, and applies to influence improvement initiatives.
  • Develops and establishes recommendations for functional and department standards and policies in partnership with leaders and stakeholders.
  • Identifies and implements effective solutions that improve operations and align with functional and department objectives.
  • Determines the best utilization of available resources and establish partnerships and efficiencies with functional operations across the department.
  • Develops and leads communication and training plans for leaders and stakeholders impacted by process changes and business operation improvements.
  • Researches and investigates new trends and technologies to meet current and future operational needs.
  • Establishes audits and reports to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study
  • Two (2) years of related work experience
  • One (1) year of Project Management and Change Management
  • Must be able to work (in-office) at one of the sites listed: Salt Lake City, Utah, Phoenix, Arizona, or Raleigh, North Carolina

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Predictive project management team experience or certification
  • Change management certification
  • Business Coach experience or certification 
  • Experience presenting to Executive Stakeholders
  • Proficiency in strategic communication using multiple methods and tools of communication
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience presenting to Executive Stakeholders

Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Working Conditions: 
  • This is a full-time, onsite position, working Monday through Thursday, with alternating Fridays off (flex schedule), during standard business hours.
  • 10%-15% travel may be required
