Highlights

Master's degree in Women’s Studies, College Student Personnel, Higher Education, Student Affairs, Counseling, Social Work, Sociology, or Public Health required; combination of Bachelor's and relevant experience may be considered.
Experience in crisis intervention, advocacy, interpersonal violence prevention, sexual health education, and student affairs programming preferred.
Strong oral and written communication skills, including public speaking and presentations.
Capable of building relationships across cultures with students, faculty, staff, and community organizations.
Some supervisory and advising experience with graduate and/or undergraduate students expected.
Final candidate must complete a fingerprint-based criminal history check as this position is designated sensitive.
Position is full-time within the Women’s Center department at Old Dominion University.
