Primary Function of Organizational Unit  | The School of Education oversees the university’s educator preparation program (EPP). The EPP is multifaceted and provides many services and programming in teacher education. The overarching goal of the School of Education is to prepare students for careers in education.
Primary Purpose of Position  | This Time-Limited position provides day-to-day administrative support to the IPSE Director, Program Manager, and IPSE faculty in the School of Education. The Time-Limited role includes, but is not limited to, overall office support, coordination of departmental travel and reimbursement of expenses as needed, ongoing collaboration across the academic unit, and other related duties that help to advance the department and academic unit.

Minimum Education/Experience  | High school diploma or equivalency and three years of progressively responsible administrative/office management experience; or Associate’s degree in secretarial science, business administration, or a related discipline and one year of progressively responsible
administrative/office management experience; or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration or a related discipline; orequivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
