Job Summary
The Publications Specialist (IS Technical Support Specialist III) serves as a supporting role within the Office of the University Registrar (OUR), providing assistance for all units with regard to publication content. This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with University branding and publication standards across all OUR publications. The Publication Specialist is responsible for the accuracy and timely publication of University Catalogs, development of commencement related publications, maintenance of the OUR website, and training end-users on software applications that support curriculum and scheduling. The role fosters staff collaboration, promotes customer service excellence, and contributes to special projects and professional growth initiatives that advance the mission of the Office of the University Registrar.

The successful candidate will have strong analytic skills, strong writing ability, and the ability to learn new skills. Demonstrated technical aptitude, communications, and some customer service experience are strongly preferred.
