Emplify Health is hiring an IT Instructional Designer to join our team!  This Instructional Designer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining instructional content that supports Epic Cupid, Radiant, Inpatient Orders. 
This role ensures clinicians and staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively use Epic workflows in support of safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design instructional management systems
  • Evaluate new eLearning materials
  • Create educational content
  • Design and revamp both new and established learning models
  • Implement feedback from program reviews
  • Train others on how to deliver learning material
  • Keep up to date with Epic build changes and upgrades
  • Keep training content/environment updated

What's Available:
  • Fulltime, 80 hours biweekly (1.0 FTE)
  • Monday-Friday core business hours
  • Remote work options for residents in WI, MN, or IA only, with occasional need to work onsite for support initiatives
  • Immigration sponsorship (e.g., H-1B) is not available for this position.  
  • Starting pay of $60,100/year plus more based on relevant work experience

An Ideal Candidate Will Have: 
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or a related field or equivalent years of experience and education
  • Experience developing training for Epic applications, with specific knowledge of Epic Cupid and/or Epic Radiant strongly preferred
  • If not already trainer certified in Epic, you will take an Epic class(es) and become certified within 60 days of hire
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and clinical stakeholders
